Jeremy Foster joined this industry some 12 years ago working for Ericsson in New Zealand. After spending 5 years at Ericsson in mostly technical roles Jeremy left Ericsson to join Vodafone in Sales and Marketing roles predominantly in the enterprise and business segment. After 5 years at Vodafone Jeremy undertook to travel abroad and landed in Abu Dhabi in the UAE to undertake the role of Marketing Director for Ericsson in the Middle East , by far the most exciting place to be in the world.

Keeping Mobile Operators in the FMC Picture
Dr. Tim Helstrip, VP of Business Development, Tango Network
Dr. Tim Helstrip, VP Business Development - EMEA at Tango Networks, has more than 20 years experience in mobile communications and solutions consultancy worldwide, including blue chip experience in both the UK and the US. Dr. Helstrip is responsible for business development activities for Tango Networks throughout the EMEA region. Previously, Dr. Helstrip was Executive Vice President for Solutions at Marconi in the UK, responsible for creating new product and service offerings from products brought to the group through its aggressive acquisition strategy of the late 1990s. As head of mobile communications in the US for Cap Gemini, he was instrumental in rebuilding the sector strategy consultancy practice. This was built on his previous successes with Cap Gemini achieved by introducing the innovative Telco-in-a-Box (TIB) mobile operator fast-track development solutions into India, Russia, Indonesia and Eastern Europe. He has also had hands-on senior marketing and management experience with large and small companies at all management levels including as CEO of both his own successful start-up and a £21m venture-backed management buy-in. Dr. Helstrip is a Chartered Marketer with an MBA from Henley Management College and has recently received his Doctorate in Business Strategy looking at how VC-backed start-up companies can best bring new products into new, international markets.

Mr. Omlor is born 1957. He graduated in mathematics and computer science and he started his carrier as software engineer and project manager. Afterward he took a position as marketing manager at BOSCH. Then he joint Detecon International. He was assigned to several managerial positions of Telecom Operators mainly in Middle East and Africa. Since 2004 he is Chief Commercial Officer of Alfa, a GSM operator in Lebanon.

As chief operating officer, Mr. Galioglu is responsible for the management of the XIUS-bcgi worldwide sales and business organization and directing all activities relating to the sale and marketing of XIUS-bcgi products and services. As chief operating officer for the former bcgi, Mr. Galioglu oversaw the development and delivery of the company’s products and services.
Mr. Galioglu joined bcgi in 1997 as a financial analyst and held various management roles in the finance organization including vice president and general manager of Real Time Billing.
Mr. Galioglu holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Istanbul Technical University, an MBA in finance from Bentley College and a Master of Science in telecommunications from Boston University.
